We offer a 7 days return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the gemstone in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the gemstone must:


  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Be in its original, unused condition
  • Include original packaging and any documentation
  • Not show signs of damage, modification, or setting in jewelry


Because each gemstone is unique, we kindly ask customers to handle the stones carefully before deciding to return them.

 

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page or email us with:


     Your order number

  • The name of the gemstone
  • The reason for return

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

For security, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once the returned gemstone is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items


Custom jewelry pieces or custom-made settings are generally non-returnable, as they are made specifically for each customer.
