Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or processing charges.
But Express shipping: 7-10 business days ( For fast delivery), you will charge 29$ flat shipping rate
Delivery time
We Ships Worldwide - Feel free to contact us for any query.
Order deadline: 5:00 PM (IST - Indian Standard Time)
Processing time: 1–2 business days, including order verification, quality control, and packaging
Transit time: (Standard delivery time) 12–25 business days, the time the shipping provider needs to deliver your order after dispatch
Express shipping: 7-10 business days ( For fast delivery)
Shipping Method: Shipping Methods: International courier services such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other trusted carriers.
Note: Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time via the shipping provider's official tracking portal.
Address accuracy and changes
Changes: If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@simplyaquamarine.com. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct during the ordering process. Should an item be returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Lost or missing packages:
If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please contact us within 48 hours . We are working closely with the shipping provider to investigate the incident and find a solution.
