Return and Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the gemstone in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the gemstone must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Be in its original, unused condition
  • Include original packaging and any documentation
  • Not showing signs of damage, modification, or setting in jewelry

Because each gemstone is unique, we kindly ask customers to handle the stones carefully before deciding to return them.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page or email us on support@simplyaquamarine.com with

  • Your order number
  • The name of the gemstone
  • The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

For security, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 
  • You will receive your refund within 10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return it and place a new order.

Fees

  • No restocking fees will be charged for returns

  • Custom jewelry pieces
  • Custom-made settings

These items are non-returnable as they are specially made for each customer.
